Sometimes we are given rough Sketchup models and are asked to turn them into nice CGI renderings – which is an example of a great way that JD3D can slot into your existing workflow.
In this case we were given a Sketchup model set out to a client’s specification and asked to make it look nice.
We billed or 1 day to replace materials, lights, cameras and objects as necessary – this took the CGI quality from basic CAD lines, to something that can be used on a sales brochure.
In this case, because of the renderer we chose to use – all the lighting and sunlight values are physically accurate – which is handy!
