Dual Blade Wind Turbine

I have always wanted to work for 422 South so I felt honoured when they asked me to produce an animation for them.

The animation was for a dual-blade wind turbine system that would reduce the construction, transport and manufacturing cost over normal 3 blade systems.

I used 3DS Max with Mental Ray and took 5 days to complete the task.

A variety of than (many!) images I created for Vega Group when I was producing training material for them. People working in Computer Based Trainign will recognise the bays and panels etc. that need to be created.

This image was created for Saddington & Baynes, the london based design agency. I modelled the aircraft and the lighting texturing etc. was in-house at Saddington & Baynes for Cathay Pacific.

This image was printed as part of a life-sized series of images for the Cathay Pacific lounge at Hong Kong International Airport.

The image was used by Escape Studios to market Pixar’s Renderman rendering engine for Maya.
